Siri not working

I have apple se2020 since sep2020. Still didnt work Apple Siri( I cant turn on LESTEN FOR "HAY SIRI"). I Update my OS to 14.2 , this problem occurred after update my os from 13 to 14. i did factory reset , force reset, os restore using I tune, Network rest. all thing but still there problem. please help me to solve this problem.
