Settings, Personal Hotspot, Allow others to join

Change the password if you wish

Others should look for your phone name in their wifi setup.

Your SIM provider must allow you to use Hotspot in the contract so check with them if it doesn't;t work

Open Settings ➔ Cellular ➔ Personal HotSpot : Set this to ON by selecting Allow Others to Join.

You can also change the password there to keep things simple.

NOTE - The hotspot feature is maintained and provided by the Cellar Service Carrier. If you do not see this feature on your iPhone then please contact your carrier.
