Apple Health App on Apple Watch

Can you add the actual health app to the Apple Watch or is it only kept on iPhone and data feeds to the health app from the different apps on the watch?

Apple Watch and Health App Just got the Apple Watch SE. I thought that the Health App was on the watch prior to an update that I did this morning, but I can't see it any longer. I see mixed information online indicating that it is and it is not an actual app on the watch. The information seems to be syncing to my phone fine, but can someone confirm whether or not the Apple Watch should have the actual Health app by default or that it can be added because I have not even been able to add it as an app on the phone. Thanks!

No it's an iphone only app.
