How can I get battery replaced

I got my phone in month of may and am facing battery issue. Battery gives me back for 1 or 2 hours max so I stopped using my phone . Kindly suggested me on it

iPhone SE, iOS 14

You have no other options.

Batteries are consumable parts of a device and the user must pay for a replacement.

Apple will not replace or exchange the device unless the battery is proven to be defective.

You have 90% health so your battery is not defective.

Service centre people are saying we not Responsible your phone. Your phone is under warranty so we can’t replace and now battery health is showing 90 % and I contact apple support they said visit service centre.. am really fed up with service. Kindly suggest other solutions

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or take it to your local authorized service provider.
