Iphone 7 call history

My iphone 7 only has call history going back 2 months, any ideas how I can get information on a specific number from 3 months ago? Is it on icloud - only I can't find it?

The iPhone only holds the past 100 calls. If you need to access your past call history, you may need to go online to your carrier and access your call history there.
