Can't Open Safari

When I try to open Safari, I get this message: You can’t open the application “Safari” because it is not responding.

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

restart your computer in safe boot

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

then reboot

you can try to open Safari while holding down the shift key.

failing that

go to >App Store...

if there is an update for Safari update it.


if problems persist you can post an etrecheck report here
