How to get the Apple photo app on a Panasonic LED TV

Dear community,

I am trying to find a solution for my +85 yo grandparents who would like to show their pictures to family and friends using their television. I have already collected all of their pictures on their Apple photo App.

Their TV is a Panasonic SMART LED TV model number: TX-43GX623E

How do I get the Apple photo on their Panasonic LED TV? They basically only need to be able to see their pictures on the big screen and play a slideshow preferably. I wouldn't want to change their entire set-up since they finally got used to their tv and know how to use it.

They both have Iphones, and we were thinking of buying them an Ipad.
