They're new - only about a month old, but my Airpod Pros are seemingly dead. I can't reset them (no lights come on) and I see no lights when I plug them in. Extremely disappointed. Any advice?
Yes, I tried what I could from the article. After a visit to the Genius Bar, turns out my case was dead which is why it wouldn't take a charge and thus couldn't charge my pods. And why there were no lights or indication of life.
Thanks, I tried this. I can't even get the lights to come on. I think it's dead, after 5 uses.

Really? Did you do everything the article recommended? What did Apple Support tell you when you contacted them?
