I am seeing a semi circle shaped contrast pixels in top left corner of my phone. It changes color from white to black and grays depending on the color of the window.. I am not sure what is happening. Is it an issue or is there a way to make it disappear? It is not always ON.. often it disappears after sometime in a single window..

If you don't see it in a screen shot, it's probably physical damage to the LCD.

No. That is not physical damage.
Why are you using assistive touch? Have you checked to see if it goes away when you turn that off?
That disappears after 10 seconds if the screen is idle. Also it changes color depending on the current screen color (contrast to it). So I believe this may not be a physical damage.
It’s still there after disabling assistive touch.
