Typing on the watch

I am receiving a message on my watch to activate I cloud. The only way I can do it is by finger printing which is difficult since the watch has a difficulty to recognize a lower case vs Capital case. Once I menage to get it right I get a notice of my two factor code, but there is no place for me to enter it on my watch. Please assist on how U+I can type on my watch this code?
