Change back to Catlina style notifications on Big Sur?

How can I get the Catalina style notifications back on Big Sur? The new ones are uniquely terrible. They require more clicks and have less options. I want to be able to one click delete e-mail, not have to open a secondary options menu.

For calendar items it seems like I can only snooze for a fixed amount of time (15 minutes?) what happened to the options to select different time periods to snooze?

This is such a downgrade.

The right arrow on the calendar notification doesn't give different snooze options either, it just opens up the full calendar entry.

The flexibility of the Catalina calendar notification was great. I would default all my appointment alerts to "2 days before" to make sure I had enough time to prepare. Then change the notification pop up to "2 hours before." That was so convenient. Please bring it back.

in my calendar app on big sur, i still have the option to choose "2 days before" and many other selections.

edit: sorry, you said 2 hours. but that option is still there for me too. and i can change it from 2 days to 2 hrs after the 2 day notification.

What's missing in Big Sur is the option to choose to 'snooze' an alert when it pops up (for 5 minutes, 2 hours, 1 day, etc.) Having to set up multiple alert times for Calendar events doesn't fix this problem, because it's only when an alert pops up that I can decide how best to respond (can I deal with this right now, should I delay this for 15 minutes, can I delay it for 1 day, etc.)
