can i delete game center internet account?

Can I delete game center internet account on Big Sur? I tried to use the (-) delete button and it gave me a pop up to verify deletion action. I select 'ok and then nothing changes. I dont play games so just want to delete it and also learn more about mac. Thanks for your help.

Let's now take a look at what may be causing Game Center to not delete, even after confirming you want to by clicking 'OK' as you explained earlier. We'd like to start with a few basics:

If you click on the Apple logo at the top left corner of the screen, then on 'About This Mac', you can see which macOS Big Sur version number is installed. The latest official version is 11.0.1.
