Iphone 6 (12.4.9) freezing
i have iphone 6 so i have ios 12.4.9 anyways my phone stops functioning and freezes veeeryyy often especially while using whatsapp, it works after a few seconds but its frustrating any ideas??

You still have some left. As it gets closer to 80%, it can cause problems. You can contact Apple Support to have them check the status of the battery. They can do that remotely. Otherwise, check to see how much free space you have left on the device, and how much "Other" there is. That can also have an affect on the performance.
