iPhone 5s won’t boot up

I recently replaced the screen on my iPhone 5s and phone won’t boot up. Phone powers on and I see the Apple logo and screen goes red and phone restarts itself. I tried restoring the phone by pulling into iTunes and I get an error 4013. Before installing the new screen phone booted up fine but touch screen was not responding. Does anyone know of what could be the problem any help would be appreciated.
