I'm looking at purchasing an early 2020 MacBook Air, that I think is usually listed with the following identifiers: MVH22LL/A* - MacBookAir9,1 - A2179 - 3302.
I keep coming across Z0YJ0LL/A, and it seems to point back to the same unit. Where did Z0YJ0LL/A, and does it officially interchange with another model?

The order designation distinguishes a new model from a refurbished one. There really isn't any difference. If you're considering buying a refurbished Mac or saving a few bucks in general, be sure to compare the price to Apple's own Refurbished and Clearance models. Often it's cheaper to buy directly from Apple. Personally I wouldn't consider any other option.
