Lost my notes on my iPhone can I retrieve them

How do I retrieve my notes on iPhone for some reason it’s not there anymore I don’t know if I removed it by mistake would like them back

If you deleted a note from the Notes app, it would be located in the Recently Deleted Folder, unless it has been more than 30 days since you deleted it.

Are you using Notes in iCloud, or just on your device? If on your device, if you have a backup that was made when the note was on the device, you can try restoring the iPhone to that backup and see if the note is restored.
