Hi ayushi192,
That template has a hidden row (Row 2) with instructions to set the week days with a formula in cells B1 to H1. That formula is perhaps not needed for your purpose. Click anywhere in the table and Menu> Table > Unhide All Rows.
I suggest that you delete Row 2.
Also, delete the Start Time and Time Blocks tables and make your own template. Ignore the red error triangles, we will get rid of them.
Here is a rewrite of the template.
In cells D1 to J1 type the days of the week to replace that formula and set the week days the way that you want.
Menu > Table > Header Columns set to 0
In cell A2 type the start time.
Format column B as Duration and enter the time slots as (for example) 1h or 30m or 45m or whatever you decide.
Formula in C2 =A2+B2 (and fill down).
Formula in A3 =C2 (and fill down).
Menu > File > Save as Template. It will appear in Template Chooser under My Templates.
Regards,
Ian.

As posted above, you can just use the second sheet (named 'Blank') and just fill in your own times at whatever intervals you want:

Hi Ayushi,
This template makes two assumptions that, in your case, are not true:
The Daily Schedule template assumes that all of your scheduled appointments have the same duration (either 30m or 1h), and that there is no time between the end of one event and the beginning of the next.
The single column containing start times assumes that each day of the week will have events starting at the times listed in the single column of start times.
You have stated that your schedule is "not that consistent" and provided an example of two events, one scheduled for one hour, the other for half an hour.
To accommodate that variance in appointment lengths, you'll need to set the Time Blocks table to the length of your shortest appointment booking time, then extend the schedule table to as many rows as needed to get to the end of the day,
In the example below, the Time Blocks have been set to 15 minutes.
That means a fifteen minute appointment will need a name in one row of that day's column, a half hour appointment will fill two blocks, and a one hour appointment will fill four blocks.
Here's an example with six appointments recorded on two days. I didn't extend the table to a full day as it needed to fit in a screen shot. Select any cell to show the row and column reference tabs and the Row control at the bottom left. Drag this control downwards to add more rows
Monday has two appointments—Jones for one hour, starting at 8:00 AM, and Smith for 30 minutes, starting at 9:00 AM.
Tuesday has four appointments, Brown for 15 minutes, Black for a half hour, Sanchez for 45 minutes and Levine for one hour.
Each of the appointments was entered manually, with the 'full name' entered on the row for the starting time, and an initial entered in each of the fifteen minute blocks needed to complete the duration of the appointment. (If Text alignment in these columns were set to 'centred', quotation marks or an asterisk could be used as the 'filler' markers in place of the initial. L Aligned left, these smaller markers would be less visible than letters.
This modification of the table requires NO changes to the existing formulas in column A (calculating the start times of each time block, using the information in the Start Time and Time Blocks tables above the main table.
The only changes to the table produced y the template are to:
Change the values in Start Time and Time Block tables to fit your needs.
If necessary, reduce the row heights to reduce the height of the table.
If you are not using the tables on the extra sheets, delete those sheets.

Barry
Could you post a screenshot? (shift-command-4. select the area on your screen, then add the resulting file to a post here by using the icon below that looks like mountains).

My schedule isnt very consistent like i have one thing from 9 to 10 n other from 10 30 and i wanted it to fit accordingly
Have you tried changing Time Blocks at the top from 1h to 30m?
You could also use the second sheet (named 'Blank') and just fill in your own times.

ya but it wont let me do that in just one table, either its 1h or 30m but i cant have both
Well it asks for formula in A2 cell and i dont understand how to add the formula thing. I dont know how the formula works so it cant do it anywhere.
