cancelling subscription
my phone is lost and i got a new one, with a new apple ID but how do i cancel my apple music subscription on my lost phone?
iPhone 12 mini, iOS 14
Log into the old Apple ID, click here, follow the instructions, and wait for it to expire. If you can't access that account or need to cancel it immediately, contact the iTunes Store staff.
You don't need access to the old iPhone to do this.
