Crashes! With every app!

Well, I have a iPad that literally crashes all the time... When I open something like YouTube, it just randomly closes the app, same with any game or with camera. That’s SO frustrating! I can literally do nothing really, that’s just unfair! Does anyone know how to STOP this?

After trying to start a few apps like Instagram, formula one, steam, Files, they don’t go past the splash screen (in case of Files, the app froze on the last folder I opened) and a few minutes later the app freezes completely, not allowing me to get back to the homepage. I can only pull the notifications shade at this point. Pressing the current notifications doesn’t do anything either. Nothing in the control Center works too. The only option is a hard restart I.e. quickly tapping volume up, then volume down and holding the power button until it restarts. This is 4th time it’s happened in a weeks use. Any pointers to get this permanently fixed or an Apple dev that can make sure a fix for this is out? There’s nothing on the internet regarding this strange issue or help. There are a lot of analytic/bug reports that seem to be made not sure if that’s a good thing or if it could help.

Unstable screen refresh rate. After I updated my software to iPadOS 16.2 My iPad Pro screen refresh rate became unstable. Especially when I play games. After logging in and entering the game, for a few seconds, like 2-5 seconds, my iPad Pro refresh rate become limited to 60Hz, which the note (it is rhythm game) came very sluggish and not smooth, like it was lagging. I tried on other rhythm games too, and it was the same result. If I record my gameplay, the playback at gallery is normal like nothing wrong. I have tried to restart, reduce motion, turning off the background refresh app, and detach any accecories, but unfortunately, all have the same result. I wonder, is M1 can really this problematic? Or it is just other else.

iPad downloads For no apparent reason I can no longer open apps on my IPad I was using just two weeks ago. Things like Netflix, Pandora and New York Times won’t open. A message pops up that the download can’t complete and try again later. The only one that opens is Apple TV.

How much free internal data storage space is left inside of this iPad?

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?
