Well, I have a iPad that literally crashes all the time... When I open something like YouTube, it just randomly closes the app, same with any game or with camera. That’s SO frustrating! I can literally do nothing really, that’s just unfair! Does anyone know how to STOP this?

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?
