Use your phone as you would normally and charge it whenever it is low on charge (20-30% is fine to charge it back up).

What you should try and prevent:

• Keeping your phone on the charger for long after it has been charged to a 100% (fully charged).
• Keeping it at a low charge (0%-20%) for an extended period of time, without charging it.
