Disable camera app on lock screen

It seems there is no way to disable the camera app on the Lock Screen, without disabling it entirely. This is a serious security violation (adding content without consent), and moreover, it renders the raise-to-wake function completely useless: I cannot count the number of battery drains I experienced because of this).

Apple refuses to fix this, which is odd for a company that claims to be strong on device security and user experience.

Does anybody have any advice in terms of third party apps that can replace the default camera app?
