refund for music

i purchased a song, downloaded it, then went to play it on my ipod and it wouldn't play. This happened twice and I had to purchase each song twice. I'd like a refund for the duplicates I had to purchase

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
