Apple i phone 11 back CE logo

I bought my apple i phone 11 black in my country Sri Lanka February this year Model A2221

i don’t see any CE logo on the back just apple logo and on my friends phone that they have bought from different places in the country they have the CE logo on back why is that?

CE logo is a European Union approval logo. Not all phones have them.
