Touch Bar Issue in Mac

Whenever I click on the angle arrow on the Touch Bar on my new MacBook Pro 2020 model, all the options disappear and I can't see anything on the Touch Bar it turns into a normal black bar with nothing on it and not respond to any of my touch and even it is not suggesting me words while I am typing and I can't see emoji option on it as well, as I was able to see them when I got my MacBook 3 days ago. I think I messed up with the settings or the Touch Bar is defective.

Does the same happened with anyone else, any suggestions or solutions will be highly appreciated.

Thank you

Not sure what an "angle arrow " is exactly—non the less for Touchbar issues

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

if no resolve

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
