Not all of my Emails come thru on iphone12

Why are all of my emails not coming through on my iPhone. The come through on my desktop and iPad but I continue to have this problem. I have deleted my email accounts and set them up again and it is still happening. Sometimes I can search for the message on my phone and I can find it. Other times I can’t find it on my iPhone. I know it is there because I can see it on my iPad and desktop. Why is this happening??

Thanks for giving those steps a look over.


If the issue persists after giving those steps a try, reach out to your email service provider to make sure everything is set up and working as expected on their end.


Should the issue persist after connecting with them, create a current backup of your iPhone: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch


Once you've got the back up, use iTunes to restore your iPhone to factory settings. This process will download and install a fresh copy of the operating system onto the device for you, which may resolve the issue. Here's how: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings


After that's done, we'd recommend setting the iPhone up as new, and testing it out before restoring from a backup: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
