Apple account balance excess limit

I have tried to reload my Apple account balance. I have reloaded $2000 a week ago and seem to be hitting the daily limit. I have tried every day after and it seem like I am not able to add more into it even after I have used the amount in the Apple account balance.

I have also try to reach out to apple support. It seems like the entire apple team is unable to provide a timeframe when this restriction will be removed. Waiting seems to be the best solution they suggested which sounds unhelpful from my standpoint.
