Please help Error message-45061

Am trying to download music from Apple Music to my Itunes Library. It shows in the cloud, but when downloading, it says there is a problem downloading and gives the error message of -45061. Any ideas on what to do? It has happened with every song I have tried to download.

Windows, Windows 10
