forgot pin and now I am locked out reset on MyVerizon but my phone is still locked

I am trying to activate my new phone and forgot my pin. Went to MyVerizon and reset but still cannot activate the new iPhone 12 mini. Needs to verify my identity.

Please help

To the best of my knowledge the only PIN you can reset on MyVerizon is your voicemail PIN. Is that what you're asking about?
