I bought a new iphone 11 in Minnesota which was delivered to me on 1st of december i haven't used the phone and would like to upgrade it to iphone 11 pro max what are the requirements

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to be able to return it for a refund. If you are past that time, you will have to sell it privately and then purchase the phone you want.
