My account was disabled on App Store and Itunes

I’ve been trying to update my Apps and it’s been difficult for me and it keeps showing me my account was disabled , please how can I get it back because I need it for my work and studies

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
