Keys not working on Logitech Slim Folio

I’ve tried many of the suggestions below, switching keyboard to US, going thru the reset process, deleting the Logitech case from Bluetooth and adding it back. Nothing working so far. The keys not working appear to be a, c, space ,1, 5. There’s probably more. All the not working keys are on the left side of the keyboard. Any suggestions? The weird part is occasionally everything works?

We see that you're having an issue with some of the keys not working on your Logitech Slim Folio case. We'd be happy to get you pointed in the right direction for help with this.


First, disconnect the case from your iPad, restart the iPad, and then connect again. Test to see if the issue persists. If the issue persists, you'll want reach out to Logitech Support.
