I signed up for a free 3-day trial to check out if I like the app. Upon agreeing for the free trial, I got charged for a whole year’s worth. It isn’t much so I wouldn’t have mind even though I didn’t agree to it. However, when I cancelled the “free trial” just minutes after agreeing, I was notified that I only have until December 6, 2020. So I would like that refunded if I’m not even going to be able to use it for a whole year, which is what I was charged for. I tried getting a refund through support, but it isn’t showing on my purchase history. However, I keep checking my PayPal and it’s showing that I was charged.
