iPhone 8 won't turn on

Hello. My 8 was plugged in, overnight, now it won't turn on, was 30-50% when plugged it in. Tried different cords that work in other phones. If hold the shutdown button and home at same time get apple, but won't boot up. When first pick phone or move while holding or plug cord in the apple comes on for few seconds.
