Numbers 10.3.5 on BigSur cant update/save new version of files on nas?

I experience a weird behavior on my new Air, which ist connected to a share hosted by a Synology NAS which has not made me trouble so far. I just rechecked - the MacMini running Catalina can open a numbers-file from then as, change it and save it (also Numbers 10.3.5).

So I can open a numbers file from the NAS . The NAS does not support versioning, that's ok with me. But as soon as I try to save changes made to a file it throws a warning "File can't be saved" (my translation - German OS), I have to save a copy.

Um, Still macOS 11.0.0. Since the backup went through I will try to Update to 11.0.1 and report back wether that changes anything.

Any hints appreciated otherwise.

Thanks!

MacBook Air

All right. After the update I keep getting the "Could not be saved - The file was changed by another program" error, which apparently reflects, that for some reason it is not possible to use versioning on the NAS. But I could save the file after changing it.

So my main point - I couldn't save a change file - is solved by 11.0.1. Versioning ... I'll look into that otherwise.
