LOTR Two Towers not loading/playing in Mac TV app

When I try to play (stream) The Two Towers (Extended Edition) from the TV app on my Mac mini (running Catalina), it doesn't work. A black video player window will appear for a split second. The other two LOTR movies work perfectly.

This all works fine on my Apple TV. It's just the TV app on my Mac mini that has the issue.

Mac mini 2018 or later

What maker of 4K monitor are you using?

Asus - why? Are you saying that The Two Towers will not play because of a copyright issue with the manufacturer of my 4K monitor, but Fellowship of the Ring, Return of the King and every other 4K title I own will play?
