Using Samsung old laser printer with Big Sur

Hi

I have an old color laser printer - Samsung CLP 325 - that does not have drivers for Big Sur (or Catalina, for that matter).

I have tried the usual trick of experimenting with other "similar" models drivers to see if I could revive it, but had no success.

Any suggestions? Has anyone had any success with this or similar printers and could share their solution?

There is no official support for the CLP-325 laser in Apple's AirPrint either. However, my Samsung ML-2950 series laser printer is not shown as supported — yet an AirPrint driver for it is available in Mojave, Catalina, and now Big Sur. Works like a charm.

When you reset the print system in Printers & Scanners panel, is an AirPrint option provided, or can you enter AirPrint and get lucky?
