Shortcut with speak text not working. (speak limit)

I have a shortcut which starts everyday after my alarm stops. It begins by putting the volume at 30 % then tells me the date and weather then plays my music randomly. When I manually play it from the app it works great, but when it has to do it by itself, it doesn't work anymore.

The volume still is set to 30% and after a while my music starts. But the "speaking" part is not working at all.

I tried different things. For exemple, manually writing everything, but still, it is not working.

So I tried replacing the text. With a simple "Hello" everything works fine. Apparently, it is limited to a few words.

Does anyone know how to modify this limit ? (I am currently using IOS 14.2)
