The New Iphone XS Max I just got says 256gb on the Carton and storage in the iPhone storage setting but checking the IMEI it says 64gb? Could this have been tricked? Also the IMEI details shows 3 IMEI numbers what could have happened?

Why do you believe some web site would know about an Apple device than Apple?
As to the IMEI: why use an unsupported method to check? Instead go to Settings - General - About.

Look under Settings for that information.

The source you are checking that number is bogus. Don't use that service.

They are all just scam sites.
Just believe what you see in the Settings.
My iPhone box has a barcode inside.
I have never seen Apple stickers on a transparent background.
Looks legit to me.
Mine that came with my iPad Air and 12 are on a clear background.
check a YouTube clip and see the back of the carton is very different.
The fake thing usually looks legit
