Blocking/Reporting Spam Text Messages from Email Accounts

How can I block/report spam text messages that originate from fake email accounts (hotmail, outlook, gmail, etc).

I have AT&T and normally report spam text to them by forwarding the text, but they ask for the phone number it came from, which I cannot provide because it comes from an email.

I know I can block the sender, but that doesn’t help the problem. They only send one message per account. I want to block all messages they originate from an email account.
