my niece brought a £50.00 app on my mobile and I contacted yourself asking for a refund, this was approved but I am yet to revive it. I just wanted to check the status of this.

Nobody on these boards can check, but if Apple says you'll get a refund, they're obligated to follow through.
The people who answer questions here are mostly customers, not Apple employees.
