my Apple Watch did not change back from pacific time to central time.. how do I correct this

I have read that you should be able to fix this by resetting your network setting on your iPhone and then rebooting your watch.
iPhone>Settings>General>Reset>Rest Network Setting
Note: You will have to re-log into every wifi network you use.
Once the phone is in the boot cycle, hold in the digital crown and side button on your watch for 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo.
