I turned off icloud for notes and now all my notes have gone. I then switched it back on and there still all gone. Even when I go to icloud.com there are no notes and no recently deleted folder with them in.
Please help.
Also I went to my ipad and all my notes appeared but then about 5 seconds later they all went.

Then it would appear that the notes are permanently gone but you can always try Apple Support to see if they might be able to do anything from their end https://getsupport.apple.com.
As that third-party software, personally I wouldn't recommend as they do more harm than good.

Thanks, I tired the solutions there but did not work. When I go to icloud.com there are no notes and also no recently deleted folder.
Does buying a recovery software work such as Easeus?
