Apple ID

I had an old iPhone 6 with an Apple ID and password

i tried to open the phone couples of days ago but unfortunately failed to open due to problem in apple customer service contact

although I remember my ID & password

but this message appears to me making me unable to open or reset my phone

( your Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons. To enable your account reset your password at applied.apple.com)

can anyone helps me to solve this issue/problem
