Writing with cursive with Scribble?

With my iPad Pro 2020, I would like to be able to use cursive to take notes. Can I modify the Scribble so that my cursive does not change to text?

Thank you Karina.

Your response was helpful, and quick!

However, when I followed the directions to turn off text with the pen I am unable to write in other software programs as I could when writing was converting to text.

I want to continue to be able to write in a program as I have up until now. However, I would like my writing/cursive to be there, not text. Is there a way to enable me to have my actually cursive show up in the program I am using?

Many thanks!

Bob

Hello redfishpaddler,

It looks like you have some questions about the Scribble feature of your iPad Pro. Having the ability to turn this feature on and off is great so you can have it converted when you want it to. We're glad you reached out.

Check out the link below, at the bottom you can see the steps under "Stop converting your handwriting to text".

Enter text with Scribble on iPad

We hope this answers your question. Have a great day!
