Frozen iPhone 11 Lock screen

I have an iPhone 11 that is less than a year old. It has never been damaged/dropped/etc. Recently, I’ve experienced a re-occurring issue with it, and I am not sure if the cause. After removing it from my pocket, I go to use it but the lock screen is frozen and unresponsive. The lock button on the side will still put the phone to sleep, the volume buttons still work, but the screen won’t take in information when I touch it. I perform a hard reset and it comes back on and it is still frozen and the lock screen is unresponsive. I’ll reset it again and it’s still frozen. I could do this a hundred times in a row and it still remains frozen, then it randomly works. It happens again a few weeks later and I’ll hard reset it once and then it will work on the first time.

Has as anyone else experienced this? If so, what is the cause, and how did you go about fixing it?
