I have an annual charge from quizlet.com which is billed to my debit card number ending in 5734 - I used it when I was a student - I cannot cancel it through the quizlet website I have no idea where I purchased from can you stop the charge of 19.99

I receive an annual charge of 19.99 from Quizlet.com used in college. It appears I've never cancelled the subscription. I had an iphone replaced that I've had for years but unfortunately I knew nothing about uploading my information to a cloud, forgot my apple id at the time and lost everything. I looked everywhere and cannot locate where to stop the subscription. When I try to login to follow instructions, the system doesn't let me in. It is only asking me to create a new account. I cannot find it anywhere in the apple store, nor subscriptions. I'm completely loss.
