I just got this email from find my iPhone. I lost this iPhone SE back in 2019 and put it on lost mode because I knew it was stolen. So what does this email even mean???

It means someone is trying to unlock the iPhone (release the Activation Lock). If the iPhone is still in a stolen state, ignore the email. Be certain you have a strong password associated with your Apple ID.
