Request for refund

I was debited from my bank account for subscription of an app called Prisma photo editor, am not using the app and I want to know how I can get refund.

Not that I know of. But you can request a refund without contacting them by using instructions in Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Cancel the subscription so that you won't be charged again -- see instructions in: See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Thanks for the swift response, pls if I cancel the subscription will I still be able to get my refund

Cancelling the subscription won't affect whether or not Apple will give you a refund. Note that they may not give you a refund either way.
