setting up phone but language has changed somehow?

I accidentally reset my phone whilst running. Now I am trying to set it up again but the language has reverted to Korean and I can't understand enough to set it up. All the advice online assumes you already have the iPhone setup and can access 'Settings'. I have an XS

Help!

You should be able to reset it using a computer
