I bought this iPhone 7 and it is locked
I am new at this but I bought this apple 7 and it is locked on icloud how can i fix this.

If you are seeing someone else's account on the device, you will have to return the device to the seller or owner so that they can remove their credentials. If that's not possible, the device is essentially useless and unusable.
